The Association can process your tree donation request at any time but will order trees once a year in late winter/early spring.  The planting will take place in late April to Mid-May.

When you are ready to donate a tree, please fill out the form below and follow the payment instructions.  The Association will provide written acknowledgement upon receipt of your donation. When the tree has been installed, you will receive a picture and a description of the location of the tree.  You also can submit a paragraph of text for our website describing the individual or event being recognized.  This creates a permanent record of the gift on the Pine Park website together with a photo of the donated tree.
